The Youth Climate Council is comprised of chambers for members, meeting monthly to discuss, debate, and legislate a platform around the issues with our environment, and the critical lack of action from governments and corporations to solve them.

Our platform doesn’t just exist on paper; organizing together gives us the power to pressure society to act for our environment. It is not a matter of if, but when we are strong enough to ensure that our voices are listened to by the changemakers in society – only with your support and your voice, can we show the world that young people are ready to fight climate change without fighting the groups that must act to change the status quo.

Aside from the legislative side of things, the YCC will also act with community groups and independently to take action to fix the environment ourselves, like organizing events such as beach and park clean-ups, and fundraisers for environmental groups.
